Established in 2001, L. CANNON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is a Voice, Data and Fiber Optic installation company.

L. CANNON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC relies on direct personnel for their high quality and cost effective voice, data and fiber optic cabling installations.  

L. CANNON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC direct personnel consists of:

• 12 Trained Installation Technicians
• 3 Service Technicians
• 2 Project Managers/Estimators

  L.CANNON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC focuses its business in Western Pennsylvania but has performed services in Ohio, West Virginia and as far as Texas.

Leo J. Cannon – President

Leo joined the U.S.A.F. in 1972 and served for 4 years.  Here is where Leo began his career in the TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY.  After leaving the U.S.A.F., Leo began working for GRAY COMMUNICATIONS, Leo’s main responsibilities were project management for such projects as DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY (OXFORD CENTER), PPG INDUSTRIES (PPG TOWER), H.J. HEINZ, ST. VINCENT HEALTH CENTER (ERIE, PA.), KNOLLS ATOMIC POWER LABORATORY (ALBANY, NY).  

In 1988 Leo left GRAY COMMUNICATIONS to work for SARGENT FIBER OPTICS.  Here Leo assumed the responsibilities of project manager for the SECURITY SYSTEM, CARD ACCESS SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM installation at the new Pittsburgh International Airport.  In 1992 Leo joined forces with EXC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. as part owner.  Here he performed all aspects of Telephone, Voice, Data and Fiber Optic installations.

In 2001 Leo decided to break away from EXC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. and form   L. CANNON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC and this is where he is today.
